The Never The Less Leadership Team cares deeply about what they do every day and how they can fulfill the mission of Never The Less. They are a motivated and compassionate group of diverse individuals with a range of life experiences
Doris Thomas
Doris is the founder and CEO of Never The Less, Inc. She is very passionate about at-risk girls. She has visited the juvenile detention center every Monday since 2011 and has seen the disproportionate number of girls of color arrested and suspended from school. Once girls are in the system, it is very difficult to get them out. Therefore, Doris works diligently to recruit girls for the Never The Less programs to keep them busy, engaged, motivated, and inspired.
Michelle Renee' Norflee
In 2014, MichelleRenee’ retired after 32 years working at the University of Cincinnati and began looking for a non-profit organization to assist with troubled young women.
Bill Schretter
Bill has volunteered with Never The Less since 2019. He is a Financial Advisor with Allworth Financial, a board member of the National Association of Accountants, board member and ethics coach of the FPA of Southwestern Ohio, and a CFP Board Ambassador.™ He is Founder of Life-Legacy Services- the creator of The Legacy Message™.
Adrian Whitsett
Adrian joined the Never The Less Inc. Board of Directors in October 2021 to have an even greater positive personal impact on the Cincinnati community, especially teenage girls who may otherwise not have a positive male role model in their life.
Jeff Runkel
Jeff began volunteering with Never The Less in the summer of 2023 helping to start a music program providing lessons and instruments to our students that is open to all members of the community. He officially joined the Never The Less Inc Board in February 2024. Prior to this Jeff volunteered for various churches serving in praise bands for worship and children’s ministry.
Charles McClinon
Charles honorably joined the board in May 2024. He has a yearning to see young people to succeed and overcome obstacles. His love for theater and music helps him to escape the world at times.
Vickie Brown-Smith
After 31.5 years working with Children and Families in Hamilton County, Nevertheless, Inc has become my focus in retirement. The mission and work of this organization (NTL) enriches the lives of young women, families and the community. It is an honor and a privilege to serve on the Board of (NTL).
